Probleme cu Microsoft wordscris pe 21 apr 2010 16:55 de Gia
aseara am scris un text in word,dupa care mi s-a blokt si mi s'a inchis singur,iar cand deschid programu sa scriu,imi apare mereu textul ala,ce pot sa'i fac?

Office button->New->blank document am incercat si asta,si mi se deschide altu cu acelasi text...

Ok.Inainte de toate inchizi Ms Word. De fiecare data cand deschizi word( 2003/2007) acesta incearca sa-ti incarce template-ul de blank. ( adica pagina goala). Daca in template-ul de blank , exista scris ceva atunci de fiecare data cand va incarca template-ul de blank automat va incarca si scrisul. Problema se poate remedia foarte simplu, prin editarea template-ului de blank. Fisierul template-ului de blank se cheama Normal.dot. Inainte de-al localiza , trebuie sa activezi pe pc-ul tau, optiunea de a vedea fisierele acunse. Acesta se face din Control Panel->Folder Options->Tabul "View" si apoi bifezi "show hidden files and folders", dai Apply, ok. Apoi Start->Search file and folders si dai sa caute fisierul Normal.dot El de obicei se afla in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\..... ( unde .... este restul destinatiei pe care o afli cu Search file and folders) Gasesti fisierul Normal.dot si il deschizi cu click dreapta ->Open (nu cu dublu click) Stergi tot ce este in fisier, (adica sa ramana gol) , salvezi si iesi. Apoi deschizi Wordul. PS: din print-screen banuiesc ca e word 2003.Calea pentru fisierele ascunse este daca ai WinXp. am facut exact cum mi-ai spus,pas cu pas,am repetat chiar de 3 ori,dar.......nu am gasit acel fisier,l-am cautat prin C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\ si de aici in fiekre folder...Unde nu am gasit"normal.dot"
